Brecon Corries on the up after hitting Cogan Coronation for six

In the First Division Brecon Corries moved up to second spot following their 6-0 win over lowly Cogan Coronation.

Kyle O’Shea grabbed a hat-trick, Brian Keddle (2) and Oliver James also on target.

Pontlottyn gained only their second win of the season defeating Fairwater 4-2. Mark Powell (2), Matthew Rowlands and Niki Colbourne were the goal scorers while Leon Pugh saved a penalty.

AFC Butetown gained a 3-0 win away at Lewistown thanks to second-half goals from Abdul Ali, Brian Showdery and substitute, Yannick Neba.

Defending champions, Sully Sports were held to a 3-3 draw by visitors, Cwmbach Royal Stars.

Alex Long had a hat-trick for Sully with Brad Trow (2) and Garvin Durston for Cwmbach.

During this game Sully lost another keeper through injury, their sixth of the season.

In Division Two leaders, Max United were held to a 1-1 draw at Sporting Marvels.

Tonyrefail BGC were 2-0 up at the interval through Gary Rees and Jason Smith. In the second-half Penrhiwfer pulled a goal back through Justin Carr. With a couple of minutes left the game was abandoned due to an injury to a Penrhiwfer player.

Penrhiwceiber Cons Ath edged out Tongwynlais 2-1 to go fifth. Stephen Mellish and Jon Prosser scored first-half goals for Penrhiwceiber with Louis Fishlock reducing the deficit for Ton in the second half.

In the third round of the South Wales FA Senior Cup Cadoxton Barry defeated St Albans 4-1.

Grange Albion defeated Fochriw by the same scoreline. Michael Selio, Tristian Greenslade, Liam Beattie and Ashley Johnson the scorers.

Cornelly United edged out Trelewis Welfare 2-1 as did Penydarren BGC against Porthcawl Town Ath.
