Car stolen during Porthcawl burglary

A CAR has been stolen during a burglary in Porthcawl.

Detectives in Bridgend are appealing for information following a burglary which occurred at a house on Ger y Lyn.

Access was gained to the property and a silver coloured Apple Macbook was stolen as well as a black Suzuki swift motorcar, registration number LR 09 YKV.

Detective Constable Rebecca Merchant, of Bridgend CID, said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have any information about this incident to contact us.

“If you have been offered an Apple Macbook or seen the black Suzuki Swift parked anywhere near your home which has not been seen there previously or if you were in the area of Ger y Lon during the night in question and saw anything suspicious or unusual then please contact us.”

The incident took place sometime between 10.30pm on Wednesday, January 22 and 5.20am the following morning.
