Police in Porthcawl are growing increasingly concerned about missing man, Daniel Glyndwr Owen, who has not been seen since Friday.

The 54-year-old was last seen at Hillsborough carpark (adjacent to The A4106/ The Portway) in Porthcawl at around 9.45am on August 18.

Mr Owen is considered to be vulnerable and his disappearance is out of character.

He is described as 5ft 7in with mousey brown/ grey hair and beard, was wearing a black and grey zipped hooded top when he went missing.

He has a distinctive tattoo of birds and bones on his right forearm.

Mr Owen also has false teeth and it is unclear whether he was wearing them when last seen.

Anyone who has any information about the whereabouts of Mr Owen is asked to contact 101 as a matter of urgency, quoting reference 1700321738.

Mr Owen is also urged to make contact if he sees this appeal, to confirm he is safe and well.
